Savalan Electric Motror And Control (SEMAC) Company is the first manufacturer of BLDC motors in Iran, which started its activities in 2012 by designing and manufacturing of stepper motor drivers , switched reluctance motors and automotive refrigerator compressor drivers.
In 2015 by designing and production of BLDC motor for evaporative cooler , SEMAC started its commercial activities.
In 2016 equipped its factory by fully automatic machines for the production line of electric motors and related parts. SEMAC is currently one of the main suppliers of BLDC motors for manufacturers of evaporative coolers and air conditioners manufacturers in Iran.
Core Technology
In the EC Drive Technology, EC stands for Electronically Commutated; which means the entire commutation & control happens electronically with an encapsulated circuit. EC-fans are driven by energy-saving motors with electronic control ensuring optimal operating efficiency. EC fans contain brushless DC motors, runs without slip and therefore no slippage losses occur. An excellent solution for demand responsive ventilation systems.
EC-motors, which run silently in controlled operating conditions and also have longer service life due to lower winding temperatures resulting in lesser cooling wastage. As it is a direct driven system, there is no chance of belt losses, and also accounts for lesser wear & tear. For the same air volume& equivalent static pressure, they consume distinctly less energy than AC motors. They have high energy-saving potential at every load conditions irrespective of Load conditions.
